High Holy Days -Tot Service Request

We are delighted to welcome families with young children to our High Holy Days Tot Services this year free of charge! You do not need to be a member of Temple Beth Shalom to attend these services.
Guest registration is required and you will need to present your free ticket for entry.

Temple members do not need a separate Tot Services ticket; present your member High Holy Days tickets for entry.

Please submit one form per family, arriving together. It should be completed by the family attending. If your family is arriving in separate vehicles, please submit a separate form for each vehicle. Tickets are not transferable.
