Mid-Week Hebrew Teacher
Temple Beth Shalom offers an innovative, forward-thinking religious school for teachers who are interested in sharing their love of Judaism and desire to create a strong community of students. Our goal is to provide a strong, supportive environment for teachers doing this important work. We offer in-person Hebrew learning on Sunday from 1:40 p.m.-2:40 p.m., and Wednesdays from 4:30 p.m.-6:15 p.m. Teachers must be on site or online (depending on the class) for 30 minutes before class and 15 minutes after.

We offer Sunday morning sessions from 8:45 a.m.-10:45 a.m. and Sunday
afternoon sessions from 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Teachers must be on site 30

Student Support Specialist
Temple Beth Shalom Religious School seeks a compassionate and collaborative Student Support Specialist to join our religious school team. This part-time position is ideal for someone with experience in education, counseling, or special education who is passionate about supporting children and families in a Jewish educational setting. The Student Support Specialist will work closely with educators, students, and families to ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment for all.
Nisayon Coordinator
Temple Beth Shalom is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and friendly individual to serve as our Nisayon Coordinator. Nisayon is our new flexible, experiential Jewish learning program for grades K–7. The Coordinator will serve as the central hub for communication, enrollment, and student tracking, helping families successfully navigate the program and ensuring students remain on track throughout the year. Youth & Teen Program Advisor
The Youth & Teen Program Advisor plays a vital role in fostering a vibrant, inclusive, and engaging Jewish community for children and teens in grades K–12. This position is responsible for planning and implementing creative, values-driven programs that support relationship building, leadership development, and Jewish identity formation. The Advisor will work closely with the Education Team to support the Religious School Hadracha (teen assistant) program, lead bi-monthly 6th and 7th grade engagement opportunities, and coordinate youth events such as Kids’ Night Out and field trips.
In addition to program leadership, the Youth & Teen Program Advisor manages the logistics and communication that ensure events run smoothly—from registration and transportation to follow-up and outreach. The ideal candidate is a dynamic and organized Jewish educator or professional who is passionate about working with young people, building community, and creating joyful, meaningful Jewish experiences.
