Members, learn how to create your own silk painted tallit during this five-session workshop. You will go from design to finished project in time to wear your creation at Rosh Hashanah services. The Board of Directors invites comments from congregants at all board meetings. A congregant may share their comment for up to three minutes at the beginning of the meeting. Come participate in a comfortable, casual, and community-connecting evening. Join fellow members for our quarterly Shabbat dinner! Food will be served inside, dining will be inside and out - if you plan to sit outside, please bring lawn chairs or picnic blankets from home. Join Shabbat services afterward if you wish! Join Temple Beth Shalom and the Austin Jewish community as we represent and show support in the annual Austin Pride parade! (link) If you have mobility challenges and would like to ride in the car that will accompany the marchers from our group, let us know. Very limited seating is first come, first serve.
