Learn to Blow the Shofar or Come Practice if You're a Pro!

Learn with Rabbi Denise Eger, our new ba'alat t'kiah, techniques for blowing the shofar and engage in Jewish study about shofar blowing! No experience necessary.

Our Shofar Corps members lead the congregation in sounding the shofar calls at High Holy Day services. 

Rehearsal dates (meeting in the sanctuary):

• Sunday, Aug. 20, 5:00-5:45 p.m.
• Sunday, Aug. 27, 5:00-5:45 p.m.
• Tuesday, Sept. 5, from 7:00-7:30 p.m.

Whether you're a veteran of the Shofar Corps, or  a first timer, please join in. We look forward to seeing you at the first rehearsal Sunday, Aug. 20, at 5:00 p.m. in the sanctuary!
