Growing our Tree of Life - Order Form

Thank you for helping to grow our beautiful Tree of Life, located on the temple's reception area wall, with your purchase of a leaf, acorn or rock. This fundraiser is a perfect way for you to share meaningful moments such as births, weddings, anniversaries, graduations, bar/bat mitzvah, honors, memories of loved ones, and more. You might even consider chipping in with others to acknowledge a shared moment. Please allow 4 -6 weeks for engraving and installation.
